Kendrick Lee, M.D.

Surgery and Microsurgery of the Hand, Surgery of the Upper Extremity

Dr. Lee graduated from the Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut in 1978. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Yale and later completed the Hand Surgery Fellowship at the Curtis Hand Center of the Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. 

After four years in academic practice as Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at the Yale University School of Medicine, Dr. Lee returned to the Bay Area and began private practice in Oakland in 1988. He specializes in reconstructive surgery and microsurgery and disorders of the hand, wrist and elbow. He has special interest and experience in peripheral nerve surgery, including endoscopic techniques.

Dr. Lee is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. He is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Lee is currently affiliated with several Bay Area hospitals, including Summit Medical Center, Alta Bates Medical Center and Children's Hospital in Oakland.
